For every $70 spent on services, you will receive one rewards point, and for every $30 on retail, you get one point. One point equals $1 that can be used towards services or retail!
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment stands as a very important time in both your day and ours. Please understand that in order to serve our guests to the best of our ability, we require 24 hours minimum when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. This will allow us enough time to fill that spot, which in turn maintains a higher availability of services to you and others. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.
We will do our best to evaluate every situation with regards to cancellation fees. Guests who do not honour their appointment times are subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 24 hours notice may be cancelled with no charge.
- Failure to show up to appointment will require 50% payment towards that service upon rebooking.
- Less than 24 hours cancellation is subject to a charge up to the full amount of the appointment booked.
